Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our specialized white-glove service and typically arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Prism, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood is FSC-certified, and we use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics to ensure safety for both the environment and your home.
Do you offer assembly services?
We offer professional assembly for an additional fee at checkout. For items shipped via White Glove Delivery, assembly and packaging removal are included in the service.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your space.
How can I track my freight shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large items, our delivery partner will call you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
